Do I need to stay with your athlete?
Our classes are closed, which means no parents allowed unless your child is under the age of 5 to ensure they can be completely engaged with the coaches and the team. You know child best, if you feel your child would benefit from you being in room for their first class, that is not a problem at all just speak with our coach when you arrive.
What does my athlete wear:
Fitted athletic wear, sport shoes, hair tied up in a high ponytail (if hair is long).

What do I bring:
Water bottle and potential a snack for after class as they do use up a bit of energy.

What happens after class?
Chat to the coach if you have any questions, otherwise let us know if your athlete had fun and if they want to sign up for the term!
What happens if I don't think this was the right class for my athlete?
If for any reason you don't love it, please talk to us about other class options. Every child is different so we offer multiple class options to suit.
